Fortunately, here at Lakeside Sports Medicine Centre, we have plenty of different options to keep you moving and motivated, whilst staying injury free!
1:1 Clinical Exercise Session
Want to maintain your current Pilates practice? Not sure if you’ve been doing things correctly in group classes? A one to one, 40 minute exercise session with your physiotherapist allows plenty of time to refresh yourself on the Pilates principles and then hit the Pilates reformer for a full body workout.
Home Exercise Program
Want something that you can do from the comfort of your own home, but not sure where to start? Together we can develop a mat based home exercise program, incorporating all the same Pilates or yoga principles. Utilising body weight, resistance bands or light dumbbells, we can work with what you have access to.
Video Consultation with Zoom.
Not able to get into the clinic? Using Zoom we can do an online video consult, we’ll even do the exercises with you! Perfect for you to show us the space and equipment you’re working with.
