BOOKING AND FAILURE TO ATTEND POLICY
Cancellations within 12 hours and failure to attend appointments significantly affect the care we are able to provide our patients. Many patients requiring urgent care are simply unable to see a clinician as we are regularly booked out. This can result in many patients who are suffering significant pain or disability having to wait unnecessarily. As we wish to provide the best care to all patients we ask that if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you do so at least 12 hours prior to your original appointment time. A failure to attend or cancellation fee will be applied based on the fee structure outlined below.
Initial Consultation: $50.00
Extended Consultation: $50.00
Standard Consultation: $30.00
Please note that for WorkCover, TAC, DVA, Commcare and InjuryNet patients this will be charged directly to the patient
